From Rome: Take the A12 (Rome – Civitavecchia) to Civitavecchia and continue on the SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto until the Vulci / Manciano exit. Continue following the signs for Manciano / Terme di Saturnia. Once in Manciano follow the signs for Terme di Saturnia / Montemerano. 4 km from the end of the village of Manciano you will find the signpost of the village of Poderi di Montemerano, about 500 m after it there is a road on the left with the signpost of Le Macchie Alte: turn and follow our arrows at the top to the hill.

From Grosseto: Take the SS1 Aurelia heading south towards Rome to the Albinia / Manciano exit from which you will follow the signs for Manciano / Terme di Saturnia (SS74). Once in Manciano follow the signs for Terme di Saturnia / Montemerano. 4 km from the end of the village of Manciano you will find the signpost of the village of Poderi di Montemerano, about 500 m after it there is a road on the left with the signpost of Le Macchie Alte: turn and follow our arrows at the top to the hill.
